These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Affiliate” or “you”) and 232Affiliates LLP (referred to as “232Affiliates”, “we”, “us”, or “the Company”), with its registered office at [Insert Address].

1.1 Affiliate – A person or legal entity accepted into the 232Affiliates Program, granted access to marketing resources and eligible for remuneration based on referred users’ activity.
1.2 Affiliate Program – A performance-based partnership model through which the Company collaborates with Affiliates to acquire new users via tracked promotional efforts.
1.3 Affiliate Dashboard – A secure, online interface through which Affiliates manage their campaigns, access promotional tools, review analytics, and monitor commissions.
1.4 Tracking Link – A unique URL provided to each Affiliate, enabling the identification and tracking of referred traffic.
1.5 Confidential Information – Non-public information, including but not limited to commercial strategies, performance data, technical methodologies, and client data, disclosed by the Company to the Affiliate.
1.6 Referred User – A new user who registers with the Company via the Affiliate’s tracking link and fulfills the required deposit or conversion criteria.
1.7 Sub-Affiliate – A third party recruited by an Affiliate to participate in the program under their network, with the express approval of the Company.
2.1 To join the program, you must submit a complete application and formally agree to these Terms. Approval is granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity or legal status at any point during the engagement.
3.1 Affiliates shall utilize only the approved materials and tracking tools provided by the Company for the sole purpose of lawful promotion.
3.2 Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and business information, and must promptly notify the Company of any changes.
3.3 Affiliates are independently accountable for ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to their promotional activities.
3.4 Affiliates shall immediately report any irregularities, suspicious activity, or policy violations to the Company.
4.1 The use of fraudulent or manipulative traffic-generation techniques—including automated tools, incentivized clicks, cookie stuffing, or false leads—is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Affiliates may not promote the Company’s services in jurisdictions where such activity contravenes local laws or regulations.
4.3 It is strictly forbidden to impersonate third parties, misrepresent affiliation, or share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
5.1 Commission structures are defined individually and subject to mutual agreement between the Affiliate and the Company.
5.2 The minimum threshold for payment is €500. Earnings below this amount will roll over to the subsequent pay cycle.
5.3 Negative balances, if any, shall not carry forward to future periods.
5.4 The Company may withhold payments if there is credible evidence of fraud, abuse, or material breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
5.5 Earnings data and transaction reports are accessible through the Affiliate Dashboard.
6.1 The Company will provide Affiliates with promotional assets including banners, links, and logos to support campaign execution.
6.2 We reserve the right to decline or invalidate user registrations referred by Affiliates if we identify non-compliant or suspicious behavior.
6.3 We may periodically audit Affiliate placements for compliance and request modifications or removal of materials if standards are not met.
7.1 Affiliates shall maintain strict confidentiality with respect to any proprietary information disclosed during the course of their engagement.
7.2 Upon termination of the relationship, all confidential materials must be returned or destroyed, and their further use must cease immediately.
7.3 These confidentiality obligations shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years following termination.
8.1 This Agreement takes effect upon approval of your application and remains valid until terminated by either party.
8.2 The Company may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate the Affiliate’s participation for any breach of these Terms or applicable law.
8.3 Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease all promotional activity and remove all Company materials and links.
9.1 Promotion Liability – Affiliates bear full legal responsibility for their promotional efforts, including ensuring alignment with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy regulations.
9.2 Indemnity – You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms or any applicable laws.
9.3 Limitation of Liability – The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business disruption.
9.4 Third-Party Content – The Company assumes no responsibility for advertising content created independently by the Affiliate. Affiliates are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of such content.
10.1 Affiliates may refer and manage Sub-Affiliates, provided these individuals are approved by the Company and adhere to the same standards outlined herein.
10.2 The Affiliate is directly accountable for the actions and compliance of their Sub-Affiliates.
10.3 The Company reserves the right to deny or terminate any Sub-Affiliate at its discretion.
10.4 Sub-Affiliate commission structures shall be defined individually and may vary from the primary Affiliate’s terms.
11.1 Affiliates must comply with all relevant data protection legislation, including but not limited to the UK GDPR, PECR, and other applicable frameworks.
11.2 Affiliates and the Company act as independent data controllers. Affiliates are prohibited from collecting or processing personal data without explicit consent and must ensure data is stored securely.
11.3 In the event of a data breach or suspected compromise of user information, the Affiliate must immediately notify the Company and fully cooperate in any investigation or remedial action.
12.1 Affiliates must not employ unsolicited communication (including email, SMS, instant messaging, or social media spam) to promote the Company.
12.2 All outreach must be based on verifiable opt-in consent and clearly identify the sender.
12.3 Violations of this clause will result in immediate suspension and possible expulsion from the program.
12.4 The Company disclaims any liability arising from spam or other unlawful promotional tactics initiated by the Affiliate.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated at least five (5) business days prior to implementation. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
